This notice explains what personal data we process when you use the claudiopistidda.com (DevonMax) website, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. No data selling, no advertising profiling.
Data controller
The data controller is Claudio Pistidda (brand “DevonMax”). For any request about your data you can reach us through the site contact form.
What data we collect
We only process the data you provide through the site forms (contact and shop bookings): name, email, subject, project type, priority and the message with any details you add. We also record some technical data — IP address, language, date and time of submission — needed for security and to prevent form abuse. We do not process special categories of data and do not ask for unnecessary information.
Why we process it and on what basis
We use your data only to reply to your requests and manage any project or booking. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures you request and our legitimate interest in replying to you; for analytics cookies the basis is your consent. We do not use your data for marketing or profiling.
Where and how we process it
Data submitted through the forms is stored in a database, in a file backup copy and sent by email to our management address. The website, database and email are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, a European provider with servers in Switzerland and the European Union. We apply appropriate technical measures, such as encrypted connections and restricted access to data.
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a relationship begins, for its duration. If there is no follow-up we delete it within 24 months of the last contact, except for legal obligations (e.g. tax or accounting).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. It can only be accessed by the providers that help us run the service, as data processors: Infomaniak (hosting, database, email) and, only if active and with your consent, Google (Google Analytics, with anonymized IP) for aggregate statistics.

Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing and, where applicable, to data portability. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
